Cash Withdrawals
Cardholders can use their Amigo Travel Card™ to make cash withdrawals at any of the widely available participating banks and currency exchange outlets across Cuba.

Purchases
Amigo Travel Card™ is currently accepted at over 6,000 points of sale throughout Cuba including restaurants, gas stations, stores, hotels, car rentals, pharmacies, etc.

Internet Services
Cardholders can retrieve a history of their account transactions and their remaining balance by logging on to the Amigo Travel Card™ website. Also, cardholders can transfer funds to any other card within the Amigo Card Services network.

Withdrawal of Balance
A cardholder can request that any remaining balance on a card be returned to him/her, or a cardholder can request that any remaining balance be transferred to another Amigo Travel Card™.

Pre-paid Long Distance Telephone Calls
The Amigo Travel Card™ may also be used to pay for the cost of long distance telephone calls made from North America.

Card Replacement
Should the Amigo Travel Card™ be lost, misplaced or stolen it can be replaced while in Cuba. The cardholder will receive a new Amigo Travel Card™ with the balance from the card being replaced at the cost of $8.00 USD. In the event the cardholder needs to access the funds immediately, this can be arranged at any participating bank in Cuba by calling Cuba's local 24 hour Customer Service Support at telephone number: 7-55-4444.
