Card Fee

$20.00 USD

Cash Withdrawal

$2.50 USD for each withdrawal transaction plus 1.0% of the withdrawal amount made at any local participating bank, currency exchange outlet or postal office.

Monthly Card Maintenance Fee

$5.00 USD per month. Waived the first 6 months after the card activation date.

Card Replacement Fee

$8.00 USD delivered by regular mail. Express shipment is available at the then current fee. Conditions of re-issuance are limited to loss or theft and in an amount not to exceed the balance remaining in the Card.

Balance Refund

$10.00 USD to be deducted from the card balance.

Bank Wires

$10.00 USD deducted from the banking institution from the total amount sent.

Merchant Fee

For deposits made at Merchant Locations, there will be an additional charge of up to $10.00 USD.
